Processing and Memory
The x3550 M4 supports up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 v1 or v2 series processors with a maximum of 12 cores each. Memory capacity extends to 768GB via 24 DIMM slots supporting UDIMM, RDIMM or LRDIMM configurations, delivering substantial computing power for memory-intensive applications.
Graphics and Storage
Storage options include eight 2.5-inch drive bays for up to 12.8TB capacity or three 3.5-inch bays for up to 12TB. The server features integrated 6Gbps hardware RAID (0, 1, 10) with optional RAID 5, 50, 6, and 60 support. For graphics, the server provides both front and rear VGA ports.
Management and Virtualisation
The x3550 M4 includes the Integrated Management Module 2 with optional remote presence capabilities.
