Processing and Memory
The Dell PowerEdge R6525 supports up to two AMD EPYC 7002 or 7003 series processors with up to 64 cores each. It features 32 DDR4 DIMM slots with a maximum capacity of 4TB, ideal for memory-intensive applications such as virtualisation and high-performance computing.
Storage and Expansion
Storage options include configurations for up to 12x 2.5” drives (SAS, SATA or NVMe), plus optional M.2 boot drives. RAID is supported via PERC 10.5 and 11 controllers, and expansion is available through up to 3x PCIe Gen4.0 slots for further customisation.
Networking and Remote Management
The Dell PowerEdge R6525 includes dual 1GbE LOM ports and features integrated iDRAC9 with RESTful API support. It also supports Dell Quick Sync 2 and OpenManage tools for efficient monitoring, automation and mobile access.
