Item Grading Guide
This guide explains how we grade our refurbished servers, workstations, desktop PCs, laptops and monitors into three categories: A+, A and B. We go beyond the industry standard by offering an A+ grade, which we believe surpasses the typical ‘A’ grade in quality.
All grades represent fully functional, tested systems, with differences based solely on cosmetic imperfections rather than functionality.
Desktop PCs & Workstations
Grade A+
Our A+ grade represents excellent overall condition, with only minimal cosmetic scuffs or marks from normal use that are barely noticeable.

Grade A
Our A grade represents good overall condition, with normal signs of wear and tear such as fine scratches or scuffs. Slightly larger scratches will be corrected with restore paint.

Grade B
Our B grade represents a well-used condition with visible cosmetic imperfections. While the system remains fully functional, it is likely to have noticeable defects such as dents, scratches, chips, and other signs of wear.

Grade A
Our A grade laptops are in good overall condition, showing normal signs of wear and tear such as fine scratches and scuffs. Slightly larger scratches may have been corrected with restore paint, or the laptop may feature a vinyl skin covering.

Grade B
